1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Flowinz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account

You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for safeguarding your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: collect personal data without consent, send spam, run misleading or deceptive surveys, infringe intellectual-property rights, or violate applicable laws.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

5. Data ownership

You retain all rights to the survey content and responses you collect. We process this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowinz's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
