1. Who we are

Flowinz ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data we process about account holders. We are the data processor for personal data submitted to your surveys — you are the controller for that data.

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type.
• Billing data: processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we store only customer/subscription IDs.
• Survey responses: stored on behalf of campaign owners.

3. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, send transactional emails, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Contract (account operation), legitimate interests (security, analytics), consent (marketing emails, optional cookies), legal obligation (tax records).

5. Sharing

We share data with sub-processors: hosting (Cloudflare), database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), email delivery, and optional CRM integrations enabled by you (e.g. HubSpot). A current list is available on request.

6. Retention

Account data: until deletion. Survey responses: as long as the campaign exists. Deleted data: purged within 30 days. Billing records: 7 years for tax compliance.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection. Email privacy@flowinz.com or use Settings → Account to export or delete your data.

8. International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country. We use Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
